Interval timers with a pulse.
For training, focus and the kitchen. Every rep traces the loop in the colour of the moment - on your phone, your wrist, your home screen.
On every screen
One workout,
every glance.
The loop traces each rep in the colour of the moment - green to work, amber to rest. Start it on your phone and it keeps the beat wherever you look next - your wrist, your Lock Screen, your home screen.

Apple Watch, iPhone and Android screens shown. The loop and colours are live.
Cues you can follow blind
Spoken calls or clean beeps mark every interval and the 3-2-1, with haptics on your phone - or your Apple Watch, if you're wearing one. Keep your eyes on the work, not the screen.
A watch that runs alone
The Apple Watch app works independently and syncs your timers automatically. Sports timers hold a workout session so they never sleep mid-rep.
Never lose your place
Background the app and the timer runs right on - as a Live Activity on the iPhone Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and as an ongoing notification with controls on Android.
Your library
Built for whatever you count.
Rounds, focus blocks, a soft-boiled egg. Each timer carries its own icon, cues and behaviour - so it does exactly the right thing when you press play.
Three come built in. Build the rest - long-press to reorder, swipe to tune, and every timer is ready wherever you press play, including your Apple Watch if you wear one.
One tap away
Start it without opening it.
The loop shrinks to whatever it has to fit - a widget, a tile, the corner of a watch face - and still starts the right timer on the first tap.

Glanceable, even backgrounded.
Lock the phone and the countdown stays with you - a Live Activity on the iPhone Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, an ongoing notification with controls on Android. Both tick in the colour of the current interval.
Privacy
Nothing leaves your phone.
∞ Tempo has no servers and sends nothing off your devices. Your timers and settings live only on your devices, and in your own device backups if you have iCloud or Google backup switched on.
On iPhone and Apple Watch. Syncing happens directly between the two using Apple's frameworks. Sport timers on the watch use a workout session so cues keep working with your wrist down. Timers that save to Health record your workout through Apple Health - on Apple Watch with heart rate, calories and ring credit (your current heart rate is read during the workout only to show it on the screen); on iPhone the workout type and duration only. Tempo keeps no copy; health data stays in Apple Health and never leaves your devices.
On Android. The app requests no internet permission at all, so it cannot send anything anywhere even in principle. Timers that save to Health write a workout for each recorded run to Health Connect on your phone; the workout holds only the activity type, the start time and the end time. Tempo never reads your health data and never sends it anywhere. There is no watch app on Android. A running timer shows an ongoing notification carrying its countdown and controls; that notification never leaves your phone. The app asks only for notifications, vibration, permission to keep running and hold the screen awake while a timer is going, and - if you turn on Health - permission to write workouts to Health Connect.
